Do you offer customer support with all plans?

Yes we do! We streamline our support to pass the savings onto our customers. We offer a community support forum to allow our members to help each other out and quickly find answers to frequently asked questions. And of course, our team is here for you – just send us an email.

Which plan should I choose?

It’s important to consider your future plans for your website, and how you would like it to grow. Our smallest plan should be sufficient for a typical small business website at around 3000 visitors a month.  

If you anticipate that your website will grow, or will need more resources in the future, we would recommend choosing a roomier plan to lock in your lower rate. This can help you avoid price increases in the future, should you need to purchase another plan at the new customer rate.

Do you offer domain registrations?

Yes we do! Even better, you get a free domain for the first year with all B/B plans and above.

Can I get a refund?

Due to our low prices and in order to reduce processing costs, we do not offer refunds. Before you sign up for your hosting plan, ensure that you are choosing the adequate plan for your needs!

Is DevHost only for developers?

DevHost is loved by developers for our no-frills approach, superior resources and speed, and industry standard setup.

That being said, DevHost is for anyone looking for a self-serve web hosting approach. At DevHost, we cut out the BS so you get exactly what you need at the lowest possible price.
